    • Concept of stress and resilience – Exploring the difference between stress and resilience. You will complete a questionnaire to assess your resilience levels. Introduction to resilience skills.
    • Emotional Intelligence – This section helps you to understand and manage emotions and explores the implications on an individual’s health and performance in the absence of these fundamental skills.
    • Positive Cognitive Thinking – Beliefs and thinking patterns that are very powerful in determining resilience levels. You will learn to transform negative beliefs into positive ones.
    • Interpersonal Effectiveness – Communication, empathy and social networks.

    • Develop Action Plan
  • Attendees and Duration

    1 day duration- maximum of 15 delegates to gain the most from this course.
    The content can also be delivered for an individual in a one to one coaching format.

There is also opportunity to explore options and solutions and practice techniques presented.
