It doesn’t involve the exploration a client’s past, deeper earlier experiences or source of distress. The coach will aim to facilitate the optimisation of the work role and career development.
Executive Coaching is focused at managerial level where personal and business related topics are explored and optimized to improve business performance and operational effectiveness. It also explores the complexity of the management role within the perspectives of the organisational dynamics and vision.
As an individual manager, we offer the content of any of our courses in a one to one coaching format. This can be customised to include specific issues relevant to yourself.
